Cass Family Clinic (Niles) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary care and support services to the communities of Cass and southeast Berrien Counties, Michigan. A Patient-Centered Medical Home, CFC provides services to individuals who are uninsured or underinsured, covered by Medicare and Michigan Medicaid, and covered by most commercial insurances. CFC began serving the community in 1964. Today, the health center cares for over 14,000 patients annually between 3 locations in Cassopolis, Niles, and Dowagiac.Find Us
